1. Applicability & scope
This policy covers refunds or cancellations for:

• Appointment-based services (e.g., consultations, therapies)

• Products sold (if any, e.g., supplements, gift cards)

2. Appointment cancellations/refunds:

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Product refunds:

• Return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

• Email us with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving the product, minus shipping costs.

• Defective or incorrect items: notify us within 7 days; we will replace or refund at no cost.

4. Method of refund:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Non-refundable items:
Some services/products (e.g. digital downloads, gift cards, time-limited offers) may be non-refundable; this will be clearly stated upon purchase.
